Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, anytime, from your billing dashboard. Cancelling keeps your access until the end of the current billing period. If instead you delete your account, access ends immediately and prepaid unused time is not refunded (email hello@legalpath.ca before deleting an annual plan if you would like us to review a prorated refund).
Do I keep my downloaded PDFs after cancelling?
Yes. Every PDF you generated is yours to keep. Cancelling stops new downloads but never touches what you already have.
What does "unlimited" mean on the Pro plans?
Unlimited everyday documents under fair use: up to 25 new documents in any 30 days, which is far more than almost anyone needs. You can regenerate documents you have already made for free while your access is active. If you need more, email hello@legalpath.ca and we will sort out a custom plan.
What is Pro Business?
Everything in Pro, plus the premium business filings: incorporation in any province, federal incorporation, and the Unanimous Shareholders Agreement. It is $249/year or $29/month. These filings are not part of the everyday Pro plan; you can also buy any of them individually.
Is there a free trial?
No. LegalPath does not offer free form downloads. You can create a free account and browse the full catalog before deciding to pay per form or subscribe.
Can I upgrade from Pro Monthly to Pro Annual?
Yes. Subscription changes are handled in your billing dashboard. Any unused portion of the current period is prorated.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. Students (with proof of enrollment or a student email), Canadian non-profits, and seniors (65+) get 30% off. Email hello@legalpath.ca with verification.
What about taxes?
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars. Any applicable GST/HST is calculated and shown at checkout based on your province before you pay.
